An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today beginning at 11:40am. There were no children observed in care as the vendor/provider stated that there were no children enrolled. Caregiver records, Household member records, evacuation drills, emergency materials and the daycare space were reviewed. An overview of the subsidy requirements was discussed with the Provider. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider. There were no violations found during the inspection.
