An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on February 1 2023 between 10:00am and 10:45am. The provider currently does not have children enrolled. A review of household documents, the program documents, emergency preparedness plan, the first aid kit, and they physical plant was conducted. No violations were cited during the inspection.
