8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes

An unannounced Subsidy Inspection was conducted today from 10- 10:50 AM. There were 3 children present for a total of 6 points with the Vendor. The children were making crafts and it included popsicle sticks triangles, caterpillars, and drawing art. Standard #: 8VAC20-790-400-H Description: Based on observation, medication for a child was not placed in an area inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
1. One child has emergency medication and it was observed sitting in the front of a child's cubby shelf.Plan of Correction: Corrected during the visit and put up higher.
