An unannounced Subsidy Inspection was conducted from 12:40-1:10 pm. There were 2 children for a total of 6 points with the Vendor. The children were playing and singing songs. The children's records, Vendor's records, and household paperwork were reviewed. Please call with questions 703 479 4679

Evidence:
1. The Vendor has completed 16 hours in annual training but the Department's Health and Safety Update was not completed.Plan of Correction: Will correct.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-270-A Description: Based on observation, the Vendor did not keep cleaning agents out of access.
