An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:50am-11:40am. There were a total of 3 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing, being fed, and engaged with caregivers. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
