An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 3/7/2023 at 3:10 pm. There was (1) school age child in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (1) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Reviewed attendance, fire drill log and emergency supplies.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
