An annual subsidy inspection was conducted at 3:28pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. The daycare areas of the home were sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children. An area of non-compliance with laws and standards reviewed was found. Evidence: There was no documentation of the Virginia health + Safety course completed in the previous 12 months. Plan of Correction: The vendor will complete the course in the next 30-days.
