An unannounced annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 3/14/2023, beginning at 10:30 am and ending at 11:17 am. There was 1 child in attendance at the time of the inspection. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, caregiver records, training certificates, and household member information. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
