An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 4/17/2023 at 9:30am. There was (1) child in care, and (1) child living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (1) child?s record and (4) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-F Description: Based on a review of vendor record, the vendor has not completed the department's health and safety update course.
Evidence: The vendor has not completed the 3 hour annual health and safety update training.Plan of Correction: The vendor will complete the 3 hour training, and file her certificate in her record.
