A SHSI inspection was conducted at today's date. The center has 2 children in care with 3 staff, one staff is out sick today. The children bring food from home and during the inspection the children played and colored and worked on words. Lots of interaction between staff and children observed during the inspection. The space used for child care has lots of materials and interest areas. This inspection was started at 10:45 and ended at 12:30. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-780-B Description: Based on the review of the emergency drill record and interview with the director , it was determined that the vendor failed to keep a record of some of the drills required. Evidence: According to the director the center conducted the shelter in place drills and the lock down drill but did not record the drills. Plan of Correction: I will make sure we record the drills on the sheet
