Reminder to complete 3 hour annual update subsidy training.

An annual unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was completed on 04/13/2023 from 10:00 am-10:20am. There were 2 children in direct supervision of the vendor. Reviewed child records, provider and household member records, play areas, diaper changing and potty routines as well as handwashing and cleaning routines. Emergency planning, supplies and drills were also inspected. The children were observed playing with playdough, reading and practicing cutting during an art project.
No violations were cited during the inspection.
