An unannounced inspection was conducted today. There were 2 children present (7 points) with one caregiver.
Both children were sleeping during the inspection.
2 child and 5 caregiver/household records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
The first aid supplies, First aid/CPR certification, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, and age appropriate toys were all in compliance.
LI was present from 1:30 PM - 2:30PM.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-170-C Description: Based on a review of records, Central Registry Searches C(RS) have not been repeated in the allowable 5 year time frame.
Evidence:
2 of 2 caregiver and household records reviewed contained expired CRS searches.
Caregiver 1 - CRS is dated 5/18/18 (expired).
Household member 2 - CRS is dated 5/18/2018 (expired).Plan of Correction: The forms will be notarized and mailed on Saturday.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-B Description: Based on a review of documentation, the vendor did not maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year.
Evidence;
No emergency evacuation drill was documented for April 2023.Plan of Correction: The drills were done, just not written down. I will write them down as they are done.
