Today an unannounced Renewal Inspection took place between the hours of 1:40pm-3:00pm. There was a total of 41 children with 11 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing games outside, in specialty camps, doing art projects and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Based on a review of staff records, the facility did not obtain a copy of the results of a criminal history record information check, a sex offender registry check, and a search
of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the
individual has resided in the preceding five years for 1 out of 4 staff records reviewed.
Evidence:
