Consultation was given on obtaining background checks for household member through Fairfax County, training links on the VA DOE Licensing website and USDA enrollment.
- Comments:

An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 05/19/2023 from 10:00-11:00. There were two children enrolled with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and adult/household member background checks and TB clearance documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. The vendor stated she has not attended the annual health and safety update within 12 months of the previous training certificate for 2022.Plan of Correction: The vendor completed that training 6/6/2023.
