Provider completed the annual health & safety update training for 2023.

An annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 07/27/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11 am. There were (4) children in care (8 points) with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records and (2) adult household records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
