An unannounced annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 7/10/2023 from 1:40pm to 2:25pm. There were no children in care during the inspection. The home and emergency supplies were inspected. Vendor records were also reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
