The VA Health and Safety Course (3 hour course)must be taken annually, before the date on the most recent certificate. The current certificate is good until 8/19/23.

An unannounced visit was conducted today.
There were 2 children present with one caregiver.
4 child and 3 vendor/household member records were reviewed. All were in compliance.
Vendor has completed 20 hours of annual training.
Emergency escape drills, emergency and first aid supplies, fridge temperature, water temperature, rest cots, diapering area/supplies and age appropriate toys and games were all in compliance.
