The Licensing Inspector for Faith Assembly Christian Center conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Upon arrival at 12:00 PM there were a total of forty-nine (49) children ages 4 months-10 years old present under the direct care & supervision of eight (8) caregivers. The Center Director and the church Pastor/Administrator were both present during the inspection. Ten (10) children & ten (10) staff records were reviewed during today?s inspection. Staff records that were found out of compliance during the previous inspection were reviewed & have all been corrected. Children were observed during arrival/departure procedures, mid-day meal, group activities including designated nap time & self-initiated activities. There were no violations found within the Religious Exempt Guidelines. Licensing Inspector conducted an exit interview with the Center Director on May 30, 2019.
