An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on September 7, 2023 from 11:34am until 12:20pm. There was 1 child in care at the time of the inspection. The provider stated she had 2 children enrolled in before and after care. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records and 2 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
