8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on September 19. 2023 approximately 9:40 am to 10:15 am. Observed 2 children, totaling 4 points with the vendor. Ratios and supervision were in compliance.
The children were playing with toys and watching a child appropriate show on TV. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection.
