8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/05/2023. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. 3 children are enrolled for before and after care. Required background searches, training and household member information, 3 children's records, a sample of requirements for daily attendance, the emergency preparedness planning and supplies were reviewed. No medications were on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
