An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 9/29/2023. There were no children present with the vendor and none have been enrolled during COVID. The Licensing Inspector had to contact the City of Alexandria Specialist to obtain adult/household member background checks and TB clearance documentation. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
