An annual subsidy visit was conducted on a second attempt. No children are currently in care and have not been present since the COVID pandemic. Background checks, TB for all household members and vendor as well as training have been requested via the City of Alexandria Child Care Specialist. The Specialist will need to help the vendor redo the CPS forms for herself and a household member. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website.
