The online portal to submit the Central Registry checks is also found under the background tab on the VA DOE website.
Background checks must be submitted with in 10 days to ensure subsidy status is not jeopardized.

An annual subsidy visit inspection was conducted. Only one child is currently in care and only comes after school as she is enrolled in the local elementary school during the day. Reviewed one child's record, health requirements, training, emergency preparation and background checks as well as physical space (daycare only uses living room area). Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website.
