An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/19/2023, beginning at 10:25 am and ending at 11:16 am. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The Inspector reviewed required background searches, training certificates, and household member information. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, daily schedule, emergency preparedness planning, and supplies was also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
