An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/25/2023, beginning at 1:45 pm and ending at 2:20 pm. Required
background searches,training certificates and household member information was reviewed. Emergency preparedness planning and supplies
were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations on applicable standards.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-A Description: Based on a review of child records, the vendor did not ensure each child had information of each child enrolled.
Evidence:
Child #3 (date of enrollment 10/16/2023) did not have paperwork available.Plan of Correction: The mom is going to bring the paperwork on 10/26/2023.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-280-A-4 Description: Based on observation, the vendor did not ensure the home was equipped with disposable towels in the restroom.
Evidence:
There were no disposable towels available in the bathroom.Plan of Correction: I will put paper towels in the bathroom.
