An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted at 11:55am. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. Household members were present. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with subsidy requirements and laws reviewed were found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
