An unannounced health and safety inspection was conducted on November 6 2023 between 1:35pm and 2:30pm. There were no subsidy children in the care of the vendor during the inspection. There is one child enrolled. Child record, household record, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and the physical space was inspected and reviewed. A citation was issued on the violation notice.
