An unannounced health and safety inspection was conducted on November 6 2023 between 9:30am and 10:20am. There were 3 children observed in the care of the vendor. Child records, vendor records, attendance records, evacuation records, emergency supplies, and the home was inspected and reviewed. A citation was issued on the violation notice. Standard #: 8VAC20-790-390-A-1 Description: Based on observation, the vendor did not ensure that children wash hands before and after eating meals and snacks.
Evidence: A child was observed walking away from breakfast without washing hands. The child was observed playing for approximately 10 minutes prior to being asked to wash their hands.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
