An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/25/2023, beginning at 09:40 am and ending at 10:40 am. Training certificates and household member information was reviewed. Emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations.
