Discussed gate to staircase in the kitchen to the basement
If children pass through kitchen to go to bathroom and outside must be free of hazards and clutter. The family room route to these areas can also be used.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/3/2023 from 11:10 am-12:00 pm. There were 2 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements .
