8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Subsidy Providers

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 12/13/2023 from 10:00am through 10:50am. There were 2 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Two children's records, vendor information and household member information was reviewed.
Information gathered determined violations with applicable code or requirements and are listed on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Description: Based on interview, the vendor does not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence: The vendor stated that they do not keep track of attendance.Plan of Correction: I will start doing it.
