The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on December 11, 2023, regarding allegations of household members having barrier crimes. The inspection was initiated and completed on December 14, 2023. The investigation was a joint investigation with a local government agency. The inspector was on site from 11:30am to 12:15pm. Interviews with caregivers were completed, a walk through of the home was conducted, and documentation was reviewed. Provider records were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
