An unannounced annual inspection was conducted on 12/13/2023 from 10:18 am to 11:15 am. There was 1 child present and 1 direct caregiver.
The home, 1 caregiver record, 1 child record, 2 household members records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
