An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on December 14, 2023 between the hours of approximately 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. There was one child present with the vendor. One child's record and one caregiver record was reviewed. A walk-through of the home was conducted. Records were reviewed, physical plant was inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
