A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on today between 12:00pm and 12:40pm. There was 1 child receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 1 children's records, the vendor record, and 2 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
