An unannounced annual inspection was conducted on 1/25/2024 from 10:15 am to 11:20 am. There were 2 child present and 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 2 children?s records, 3 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
