A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 11:45am and 12:15pm. There were no children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendor/provider's record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Areas of non-compliance can be found on the violation notice.
