A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 5, 2024 to review health and safety requirements. This inspection took place between the hours of approximately 12:15 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. There was 1 caregiver with 1 child for a total of 2 points within supervision guidelines. The child was observed playing with blocks and watching television. Children's files, caregiver files, and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
