Based on observation, stairs are accessible to children less than two years of age.
Evidence
Two sets of stairs are accessible to the children. The stairs leading to the lower level and the upper level of the home are accessible.Plan of Correction: We have a gate that we use to block off the entrance of the home where the sets of stairs are located. We will make sure the gate is always up to block the stairs off.
