8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes

An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/21/2023 from 10:50 to 11:25. The vendor was at home with three household members present. She was a subsidy vendor before but decided to close last year. The space for children are set up and she is ready to care for children again.
The inspection was conducted with another licensing inspector in training. Emergency supplies were reviewed as well as all other health and safety requirements. A violation notice was given to the vendor along with this inspection summary.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-420-A Description: Based on the review of the emergency preparedness plan, the vendor failed to have all the required information needed to make the plan complete.
Evidence: The emergency preparedness plan was filled out but page 2 and 3 were missing.
Missing information regarding shelter in place and lock down.Plan of Correction: I will send the form you gave me to you today.
