An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 6/24/2019 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 6/10/2019 regarding alleged noncompliance in the area establishment and Implementation of procedures. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, background checks, physical plant and administration. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
