The vendor informed LI that they will be moving at the end of May. Vendor is aware that they need to complete move documentation for DSS.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 3/4/2024 from 9:00am through 9:20am. There are currently no children enrolled in the program and activities and interactions with children could not be observed. Emergency supplies, procedures were reviewed. Vendor information and household member information was reviewed. Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
