An unannounced annual inspection was conducted on 3/6/2024 from 10:15 am to 10:55 am. There were no children present. The home, 1 vendor record, 2 children's records, 1 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
