An onsite annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today. There were two children present (4pts) with the vendor. Observation of the home was conducted which also included the bathroom, program space and backyard. The children had just finished lunch and were watching television. 2 children's files, the Vendor and 2 household member files were reviewed which included background checks, TB clearance documentation and trainings.. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the Vendor.
