Discussed loose fitting bottom sheet in the crib could be a hazard and having a bottom tight fitting sheet in the crib, as a safer option.

An annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 3/14/2024 between 10:35 and 11:10am. There were three children receiving care by the vendor. The home, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 3 children's records, the vendor/caregiver's record, and 2 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. A violations was found on subsidy health and safety requirements and is identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-210-B Description: Based on record review and interview, the caregiver did not have up to date tuberculosis screening results.
Evidence: Most recent TB screening dated 7/20/2021.Plan of Correction: Vendor stated that the TB screening form is at her doctor's office. Will forward to Licensing, once completed.
