An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on March 14, 2024 from 11:50am until 12:30pm. There were 2 children in care and 1 child living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 adult/household member record submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-B Description: Based on record review, the vendor did not maintain information for each enrolled child.
Evidence: Child 1 did not have a record at the home.Plan of Correction: The child was brought here under difficult circumstances. I will get all the required paperwork for the child tomorrow.
