An announced inspection was conducted today, due to the vendor move and renewing.
There are 3 children present (5 points) with one caregiver.
2 child records and 2 adult records were reviewed. All were complete.
Children were observed coloring and drawing.
Training hours, bathroom supplies, emergency supplies, fridge temperature, first aid supplies and child records were all incompliance today.
No Violations were cited today.
