An unannounced inspection was conducted on 3/28/24 from 11:30 am to 12:00pm, in response to a complaint received by the department. The complaint was related to staffing and supervision of children. One staff person and one child's parent was interviewed. 2 staff records were reviewed. Based on the preponderance of evidence the allegations made were not valid. Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on staff interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence: The vendor stated that she did not have any written attendance for the month of February.Plan of Correction: Written attendance will be maintained.
