. An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 5/6/22, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. All children's records have previously been reviewed and household members records are on file.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
